    2. PURPOSE, LEGITIMIZATION AND STORAGE of the data sent via: Contact Form.

Purpose: To give you a means of contacting us and to provide you with requested information as well as to send you information about our products, services and activities via electronic means (email, SMS, Whatsapp) if you tick the acceptance box.

Legitimization: The user’s consent to ask for information via our contact form and ticking the box accepting the sending of information.

Storage: Once the request has been resolved via our form or answered by email, if nothing new arises from it and in the case of having agreed to commercial messages, until the users asks to unsubscribe.

  •   Sending emails.

Purpose: To respond to requests for information and to answer inquiries or doubts. In the case of receiving your Curriculum Vitae, your personal data and curriculum may form part of our database in order to participate in our current or future selection process,

Legitimization: The user’s consent to request information via the email address or send us data and CV in order to participate in our selection process.

Storage: Once the request has been resolved via our form or answered by email, if nothing new arises from it. In the case of receiving your CV, your data may be kept for a maximum of one year for future selection processes.

Obligation to supply us with personal data and the consequences of not doing so

To supply personal data your must be over 14 or have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

The personal data requested is necessary in order to manage your inquiries, register you as a user and/or provide the services you may request and if you don’t supply them we will not be able to correctly attend to you nor offer the service requested. In any case, we reserve the right to decide on the incorporation or not of your personal data and other information in our database

 

WHO IS SENT YOUR DATA.

Your data is confidential and will not be ceded to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so.
